Maham Shahid is a CIPD certified HR professional and CTI certified Career Coach with over a decade of Human Resources experience from Telecom, IT, Energy, Education, Humanitarian and Banking sectors. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Queens University Canada, a Master’s degree in HRM with distinction from University of Bath UK and was selected for Visiting Fellow program at MIT Sloan School of Management USA, where she carried out an in-depth research on Women Leadership Development.

Personal Experience

Ms. Shahid has worked with a diverse range of renowned organizations such as; Jazz (Previously Mobilink), British Council, Bank Alfalah, PTCL etc. where she gathered extensive general management and HR experience, mainly in Merger & Acquisition Integration, Organizational Design & Development, Recruitment, Gender & Diversity, Employee Engagement, Change Management, Performance Management, Career Coaching, Learning & Development and Talent Management. She has also been involved in Restructuring and Advising on HR Policies, Processes and Organizational Change initiatives and successfully executed Merger& Acquisition HR Integration and Transformation activities for various Multinationals.

Ms. Shahid is passionate about youth development and has designed and rolled out a number of innovative Talent Development, Internship and Mentoring programs for youth across Pakistan and has been Coaching and Mentoring working professionals and students at both local and international educational institutes such as MIT Sloan USA, University of Leicester UK, LUMS, NUST, GIKI, IBA,COMSATS etc. Moreover, she has a keen interest in travelling, learning about new cultures and has been volunteering with Dubai Cares, Emirates Foundation, The Citizens Foundation Pakistan, WWF Pakistan, Norway International Network, Red Cross Oslo and Cambridge Women’s Center USA.

Ms. Shahid has worked on various HR Consultancy and Coaching & Mentoring projects in Education, Humanitarian, Energy and Media sectors in Pakistan and UAE, and has been working in collaboration with various youth development organizations. Ms. Shahid advised and led on the entire HR setup for Covid-19 based Hospital in Pakistan, which was established within 15 days in 2021 and inaugurated by Prime Minister of Pakistan.
